PRECIOUS & SEMI-PRECIOUS STONES, PROCESSED AND UNPROCESSED STOCK

PRECIOUS & SEMI-PRECIOUS STONES: 
There are reservoirs of precious & semi-precious stones in Gilgit-Baltistan. A significant amount of population is dependent on mining gems and stones in District Nagar and in rest part of the region. Every year, locals camping the site for searching the stones and unearth bulk of stock that later processed locally and sale out across the country. 

VARIETIES: 

In the region, variety of Gems found in the mountains. Like, Nephrite, Jade, Quartz, Aqiq, Aquamarine and diamond. But the semi-precious stones are in bulk quantity and available easily.
