Chapshoro is one of the most delicious dishes of Gilgit Baltistan (GB). The locals assume it is as Pizza of the region. Dates back, the dwellers baked the Chapshoro in the regular meal and was served for guests. According to the elders, it produces an immense power to the body that requires to perform the daily home chores.
The food Chapshoro consists of chopped beef with onions, tomato, and fresh coriander leaves. They are chopped together and put the material between two pieces of bread. The bread is closed with a corner and baked into Oven or to settle with coal.
It is baked on medium heat for 15 minutes, until golden brown. It is the cultural cuisine of district Nagar and has become popular in the country.
